As a child, Peyroux spent time is a shelter for domestic abuse victims, therefore she is donating a dollar from every concert ticket sold to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She feels this is a great way to to bless others with her gift and help out the community at the same time. This album is her most personal yet, it has an easy listening quality and underlying message of her unique interpretation of life.
