The Briargate subdivision which is located in the northwards part of the
Colorado Springs real estate area came into existence in 1977. The first Briargate neighborhood started as a 120-unit subdivision. The entire

It is an approximate 5 minute commute to the south entrance of the United States Air Force Academy, making it a favored Colorado Springs Computers choice for Air Force Academy property. Woodmen Road, which borders the Briargate subdivision to the south, will take you to the Powers Corridor in approximately ten mins. The Powers Corridor is a main north/south corridor that runs on the easterly side of Colorado Springs where you'll also find more houses near Peterson AFB and Schriever AFB.
