The classic Roadster looks great from inside as well. The red leather seats give the interior a classy look. The seats are comfortable and quite adjustable. It has a Sport button that activates Dynamic Drive Control and a Dynamic Traction Control, which can be adjusted to allow drivers to experience a little power-charged oversteer without getting into difficulty.

BMW Z4 combines classic Roadster looks with contemporary angles. It looks long and sleek with the tiny bonnet. It is one of the best looking sports car model giving its drivers the best Roadster experience.

Driving the BMW Z4 is exciting and enjoying. It responds quickly and directly to any turns of the wheel and feels very predictable and safe doing so. This is perfect if you like driving on twisty roads but the Z4 is also very calm and composed on major roads.

The Z4 is good for the price tag. However, its buyers should not ignore the running cost. The car's annual tax bill range from Band E's £170 to the full Band G £400. The car is built at very high standard with everything engineered well, hence is quite a reliable car.

The Z4 is quite liveable. BMW says it aimed to broaden its rear-wheel drive roadster's appeal by reducing the steering sensitivity at the initial turn. This appears to be the key improvement. The bodyshell is 25 per cent stiffer while the retractable roof only adds 30kg to the weight over the coupe. Traction control comes in the form of Dynamic Stability Control with the ability to brake individual wheels and switch grip between wheels.

BMW had promised with its Z3 to give a ‘ultimate driving machine'. But somewhere it realised that Z3 has not fulfilled the expectations and so it thought of bringing the Z4. The BMW Z4 is bigger and better built than the Z3. Is the BMW successful in giving a complete roadster with its Z4? With rivals such as Porsche Boxter, is it still the first choice for its buyers?
