She is sure of herself and where she stands in life and will be able to easily express her wants and desires to you.

On the flip side, dating an older woman can be somewhat uncomfortable for you since you will probably encounter comments from friends and family or strangers about your age difference. Getting involved in a mature dating relationship with an older woman can also be more difficult for you because this woman may have emotional issues from past relationships that went sour. If she has not dealt with these emotional scars, she may be carrying them into her relationship with you. She may even have children and if she does than you need to figure out how that will affect you and if you want to be a part of that dynamic in the relationship.
