Do Not Skip meals

It is a huge mistake to skip meals. After skipping meal, your food intakes will more than usual when you eating for your next meal because of you are hungrier.

Junk Food Free

Empty your kitchen from unhealthy foods which high in calories and fat. Do Not Eat when you are bored.

Emotional Hunger

Do Not Eat when you are bored. Emotional hunger often tempted by those unhealthy foods like burger, chips, ice-cream, pizza or chocolate. You may go for a jog, swim or dance whenever you feeling bored or feeling down.

Portion Of Meal

Split your meals into 5-6 small portions of meals instead of 3 huge meals a day. Plan your meals in advance so that you will be more caution on what you are eating.

Fruits And Vegetables

Preparing cut fresh fruits or salad and stores it in fridge, eat them as snack.

Healthy Snack

Other than fresh fruits and vegetable, you may eat low fat yogurt, unsalted nuts, high fiber biscuit, less sugar pudding or black bean but be conscious of the portion, do not overeat.


Minimize Calories

It is an effective way to lose weight by reducing your calories intake, taking in lesser calories than you need daily.

Fun Exercise

Start with an exercise that you like so that you able to enjoy and carry it on. A 15-30 minutes per day exercise is enough for the beginning stage, do it daily consistently for a month.
Come on, it is only 15-30 minutes. Calories is subtracted whenever we move, so Do Not Just Do Nothing, keep moving...

Additional notes:

- Drinking a glass of water instead of coke, tea or coffee
- Eating whole meal bread instead of white bread or cake
- Having sandwich instead of cheeseburger
- Stop smoking and consume alcoholic drinks

These small changes will add up to a big result. Implement it to your daily life today and you will be amazed to see the changes on your weight.
