Benjamin Button is born ancient and pitiful, an old fellow in his 80's. What a strange way to start a movie! The original tale was written by none other than F. Scott Fitzgerald. Its good luck for Benjamin that he is found by Queenie, played by Tarajii Henson, at her boarding home's doorstep. Queenie is in charge of the senior home, and Benjamin's issues and different color from her own don't slow her down from adopting him. The fact that she will never have her own children must surely have weighed on this decision. Benjamin is living as an old man with the other old people at the home. The day he he happens to meet Little Daisy is the beginning of a long, complicated love story. Daisy is played later all grown up by Cate Blanchett.
