Continuous use once a day for 3-6 months is required before benefit is seen, and effects are reversed 6-12 months after treatment is discontinued so continuous use is recommended to sustain benefit.
Dosage
The drug comes in the dose of 1mg and recommended dosage is 1 tablet taken once a day. Finasteride should be taken under proper medical guidance to avoid any side effects and to get best results for hair re-growth and stop further hair loss.
Storage and Handling
Store at room temperature, 15-30°C (59-86°F). Keep container closed and protect from moisture. Women are suggested not to handle crushed or broken the drug when they are pregnant or may potentially be pregnant because of the possibility of absorption of finasteride and the potential risk to a male fetus. PROPECIA tablets are coated and will prevent contact with the active ingredient during normal handling, provided that the tablets are not broken or crushed.
Side effects of Finasteride
Prospective side effects of Propecia(プロペシア) are some sexual problems, such as a decrease in sex drive and temporary impotence. Sexually related side effects go away when Propecia Finasteride is stopped. Finasteride works effectively in both stopping hair loss as well as hair re-growth in certain cases.
