The best eating plan I have found to easily lose weight is called the natural diet. You basically eat food that mother nature intended you to eat instead of food that man(or woman) has processed. Lean meats, fruits and vegetables, nuts, Diary�full fat, not the low fat garbage. Mother nature did not create low fat milk. The fat is in there for a reason. Same with the egg yolks. Same goes for the coconut.
