Nothing shapes and maintains the body like exercise. To maintain a perfect and fit body you need to lose excess fat from your body. Many people never stop to think of the negative effects food can have on the body.

Most people view exercise as if it's some sort of punishment. It's difficult to see long term results if you are not committed to the process. It's not good enough to buy the latest workout equipment and gear if all those great tools aren't going to be utilized. For beginners, many weight loss exercises may seem difficult to master, especially if it has been a while. But as time goes on, your body will get used to it.

Your body will quickly adjust when you are exercising to lose weight. Keep in mind that your brain will tell you all kinds of things to prevent you from following up with your decision to begin working out. Don't let that happen. It is your lack of exercise that contributed to the weight gain.

2) You will lose weight and inches, making your clothes fit you better
3) Your new figure will prompt random compliments, which will boost your self esteem
4) You will have a new sense of confidence in yourself because you were able to follow though will what you said you wanted to do.

In addition to exercising, fasting can help out also. If you really love eating red meat or fried foods, remove those items from your diet for a certain period of time. During your time of fasting try to eat only fruits and vegetables.


In addition to fasting, going through an intensive 7-14 day colon cleansing program will help you get rid of all that waste and undigested food that is stored in your colon walls. There are several at Wal Mart to choose from.

In this article I wanted to show you specific things you can do when you are exercising to lose weight. I explained why inconsistency works against you. I've shared the positive results you will receive from exercising. I also threw in additional ideas that can and more than likely will help you lose that unwanted weight quicker. Take a look at the four benefits from above and try to come up with an additional 15-20. The more reasons we have to follow through, the more solid our commitment will be. And with the commitment, we will lose the weight.
