The days past, when one would consider diabetes to be as a life sentence. It is not. But you can now survive with diabetes as well. But if someone think, he realises that with or without diabetes, these actions can help to keep you healthier and also make you live longer. So, why shouldn't we all want to do these three things - whether we have diabetes or not?
