There are many people who seem to be in argument over the definition of "business forms". Some seem to believe that business forms are only made up of the forms that are needed that would keep the business moving like clockwork - business forms that are filed in the context of the business' accounting needs, business forms for transactions within and outside the company, business forms for filing employee hirings and resignations, even business forms for renting a space that the company could use as a base of operations. Even the forms that employees have to fill out for leaves and benefits are also considered to be part of the pantheon of business forms. Given this, however, there is still the conscious exclusion of forms that a company needs to file and fill out in order to be legally recognized as a functioning entity within an area. This is hardly fair, considering that the application for and renewal of business permits are very much some of the most crucial business-related filing procedures that businessmen have to handle on a regular basis. To claim that these are not considered to be business forms is rather confusing. Strictly speaking, business forms are forms that are filled out for the purpose of establishing and running a business. Not including the more legal aspects of running a business is often a messy mistake. That being said, it is perhaps safer to consider all forms that need to be filled out by and within a business to be business forms of a sort, rather than getting into arguments over the technicalities of the term - focus instead on the practicalities.
