I going to answer the last one…The simple answer is YES it dose…You can train your brain to think like a thin person…How do I know this: Well! In the UK were I am based the people here are regarded as being very sceptical! So any new way of doing something is always treated with a lot of caution. Its I suppose the way we are taught from birth…The key word here is Taught…what you are taught when you are young becomes your believes…Which are set deep in your subconscious mind…So what happens when you need to…Make your mind up about something you draw on your believes, whether or not they are right or wrong.
The subconscious mind becomes your data base for how you think and feel about yourself and your life…What's Wright what's wrong...etc...etc…When it comes to food…Most of us are taught to…Always clear your plate…Don't be wasteful…There are people staving in the world…etc..etc. You know the sort of stuff! So what we need to do is change the data in our subconscious mind…Re-train your brain to think like a thin person, Instead of one that has to eat everything that's put in front of them. Sounds easy enough don't you think! And it is.
