Is Love Always Easy For You?

Are you always happy with the way you live, look, act, think, and feel?

According to many reports on the subject, we tend to fall easily into disrespect when we think of and talk to ourselves.

Maybe when we are forgiving of the faults of some unknown "other", we become rigorous, intolerant, and even sometimes caustic. Sometimes it is oneself who has fallen "in fault", and it hurts us! That is the most curious part: What we say to ourselves; how we act toward ourselves DOES have profound impact in the way we see ourselves -and the lives that we live.

Was it recently that you found yourself talking to yourself lovingly? Was it recently that you had a considerate thought or action towards yourself? Was it not long ago you were appreciative of all the so amazingly functioning functions of your body?

And, would you think that the way you relate to yourself might affect the way you relate to others? Let's see....

Have you found the perfect match? Do you feel supported in your friendships? Is your family life inspiring and satisfying? Do you feel accepted?

If you have doubts here, would you join me as we review the thought of your self-relationship, please? The reason that this is important is because when someone enters your life (as a partner, a friend or a family member) they become an extension of you.

And this manifests itself in, for instance: if they were ridiculous in public, YOU would feel ridiculous too. Or if they had an indiscreet hole in their pants, would YOU not feel embarrassed, as well? That is what we are talking about...

They become an "extension" of you, and you being unkind to yourself. Do you think you could possibly turn out to be also unkind to those closest to you?

On the other hand, do you appreciate yourself and all what you do for yourself and others? Do you feel free to grow? Do you find yourself singing, smiling or laughing for no particular reason? If you answered yes here, congratulate yourself! You are living (or on your way to live) your life well and successfully!
