The Appetizer: Chicken Noodle Soup
This is a very easy to make chicken recipe. This is a well-loved recipe by most moms, especially when your child is sick. It is even believed to have the magic to heal your child. The magic is all the love you put in every bowl. Other than this, this is also a good appetizer to serve to your loved ones.
Ingredients:
· 2 cans water;
· 2 cans chicken broth;
· ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning;
· 1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped);
· ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves (crushed);
· 1 large-sized carrot (peeled and sliced to 1/4 in. thick);
· 3 cups cooked chicken (diced);
· 1 stalk celery (sliced to ¼ in. thick);
· ¼ cup fresh parsley (finely chopped);
· 2 cups egg noodles (wide variety);
· and ground black pepper.
Procedure:
1. Combine the poultry seasoning, water, broth and celery, thyme as well as the onion and carrot in a big stockpot.
2. Place it over medium heat until it comes to boiling point. Once it boils, you can adjust the stove to low heat. Make sure that you occasionally stir the mixture.

3. Add your cooked chicken and cover the stockpot.
4. Cook this for about 15 to 20 minutes and continue stirring occasionally. It is ready once the vegetables become tender.
The Main Course: American Buttered Chicken
This chicken recipe is definitely all-American in style. The Indian Buttered Chicken recipe is the one with lots of curry. This American version may not have all that curry but it has some Ritz crackers and lots of butter.
Ingredients:
· 2 eggs (beaten);
· 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers crumbs;
· ground black pepper;
· 4 halves chicken breast (boneless and skinless);
· ½ tsp. garlic salt;
· and ½ cup butter (cut to pieces).
Procedure:
1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius or 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Put the cracker crumbs and eggs in 2 separate shallow bowls. Put some pepper and garlic salt on the cracker crumbs.

3. Dip your chicken breasts in the eggs, dredging it into the crumb mixture afterwards for the coating.
4. Arrange your coated chicken on a 9x13 in. baking dish and place the pieces of butter around your chicken breasts.
5. Bake your coated chicken in the preheated oven. This will take about 40 minutes. It is ready once your chicken is no longer pink and its juices run clear.
Dessert: Chicken Salad
This chicken recipe has been present since the fabulous 50s. This is an all-time favorite in women’s clubs. It is also a traditional recipe you can pass on to your kids.
Ingredients:
· 1 cup celery (chopped);
· 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded and cold);
· 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
· ¾ cup mayonnaise;
· pepper and salt;
· and 2 hardboiled eggs (chopped).
Procedure:
1. Mix the celery, chicken, and lemon juice.
2. Sprinkle some pepper and salt onto the mixture.
3. Add some mayonnaise. Mix it well.
4. Fold in the chopped eggs. Make sure it has blended thoroughly.
