Star Trek continues to prosper in its second week, falling in close behind with a hefty $43 million for the week, bringing its total to $147 million in U.S. receipts.
Rounding out the top 5 are
X-Men Origins: Wolverine with $14.8 million for the week and $151 million for 3 weeks,
Ghosts of Girlfriends Past earning $6.8 million and $40 million in the last 3 weeks, and
Obsessed came in fifth place for the week with $4.5 million in receipts, brining it's 4 week total to $62.5 million.
Honorable mention goes to
Monsters Vs. Aliens which pulled in $3 million for the weekend and has earned over $190 million over its 8 week run.
