- a medical dermatologist should be consulted. He is able to prescribe a treatment depending on the type of skin;

- remove the make-up before going to bed;
- use creams with protection sunscreen which block both UVA and UVB rays;
- apply more cream when we are near of reflective surfaces such as : water, snow or ice;
- protect eyes and face with a hat and sunglasses to ensure 100 per cent UV protection;
- in order to tan you, use a auto-burnt and specific saloons. The sun must be avoided because they use harmful UVA rays.
