Gangster have always intrigued us and been popular in movies and stories. These days they even appear in computer games and in online games.

Gangsters refer to those bad guys that were around in the 1920's. Chicago is most famous for having some of the most well known mobsters. Most of them made money from providing bootleg beer and whiskey. Liquor was outlawed in the US during the gangster period.

Generally the game will involve building up an empire and then defending it against attacks form other players who try and steal your assets. Of course you can also attack them if you have enough strength and weapons.

The idea is to climb the rankings and become the most feared player. This is usually done by accumulating wealth, thugs, trucks, weapons etc. Remember the higher you get the tougher your competitors become. That means you will need to have your thugs fully trained and have them equipped with the best weapons you can buy. My favorite is the tommy gun.

Often there are many setbacks as attackers steal your money earning assets and kill off your thugs or henchmen. This is where strategy and training come in. Make sure your money earning assets are running pretty much automatically and are well protected.

One way to help in these situations is to join or form an alliance. This will allow you to join with other players which will give you additional strength. It's usually a great way to work a game with your friends.

It's important to make sure the game you are playing suits your age. some games can be pretty much x rated and others are PG-13 so check before getting into the game.
