Beauty is of different kinds and is of various types. Every profession commands its employees to be in a perfect decorum and form while presenting themselves to work spot.
Beauty in work spot is different from casual appearance in outside places in public.
Also the above mentioned beauty is not actual beauty, it is only the way we dress ourselves in a specific pattern for work which differs from other areas.
Beauty lies in definition being a good person heart of heart, This is the true inner beauty of every individual which is good to hear but difficult to practice in real life.
Professional Corporate beauty is also an important thing which employees are expected to follow using Corporate guidelines methods and ethics in working well be any department of the organization with spark speck and clean business records with nil malpractices and forgeries.

In Family life, beauty can be admired as handsome for man, charming elegant for a woman, pleasing for man, eloquent for man,
Lovely for woman, smart for man, etc.
These words are common in physical appearance of men and women of age group from 9 to 85 years nowadays.
The context and reason for admiring might differ though words used above may be same.
In small children beauty is innate in every child in various forms. It is the parents who enjoy the beauty of the child's innocence and cope up with it to bring in a healthy way.
Hence I conclude stating that beauty is of different kinds and every individual must develop the mental framework to judge others not just by external physical beauty alone but value other important things needed for life.
