Where is poverty leading us to?

Poverty is getting worse but not better almost each and every day. There is the continual increase of cost of living and the downward availability of disposable income.

The use of credit cards
For how long are we going to be relying on our monthly incomes living on a hand to mouth basis and surviving with debts caused by credit cards? Do you really enjoy the attention you get whenever you purchase all sorts of goods and items when swapping your card? The only way to survive in the short term is to reduce borrowing to a bear minimum.

If this is not happening in the next two years in the way of life then each and every individual should consider that a structured bankruptcy is looming and it will hit very hard on the day it strikes. There will come a time whereby you will be having your credit card but you will never be able to use it anywhere because it could have lost its value. Lets all put this to an end. Reason being that our lives revolve around fuel. Just learn to survive and live within your means. More articles on living within your means can be found on www.frugal-living.org.

The Cost of fuel
Food miles will soon become apparent. At the moment food bulk can be transported thousands of miles without adversely affecting the price. Ask yourself one question, For how long is this going to happen? As fuel costs rise, this will dramatically affect the cost of food transportation. The price of energy continues to escalate each and every day, inflation is always driven up, resulting to uprising interest rates.

Nobody wants to talk about the energy prices which are on the increase which I don't think they will ever return to the pre-millennium figures. All these effects are reducing the quality of lives for many people each and every day.

What has to be done..

Unprecedented warnings from scientists all over the world indicate that the planets eco-systems are so much stressed in such a way that they are closer to a point to collapse. But we are very ignorant to take what they are telling us, as most people always say 'it's a matter of us to wait and see'. Business as usual is no-longer possible, we only have little time for us left to respond.

Civilization is also affecting a nexus of social crisis. Capitalism plays a big role when it come to all these problems and results and we cannot expect results and solutions from political leaders or co-operations, but its all up to you as an individual, family or that community to address these issues and know where your lives are herding to.

Just take this into account.

a.Educate and learn.

b.Speculate and document a 50 year plan for future generations.

c.Address your immediate problems and deal with them as soon as possible.

d.Make sure that your ten year strategy is also implemented.

e.Get the family involved and committed to the ten year plan.
