If you are positive of any such diseases, than you must tell your partner about it. Stop all the sexual activities with him/her, and get yourself treated. Most of the sexually transmitted infections go away with the proper dose of medicines, but some may take longer to cure. Be under the medical supervision till you get well. Do not donate blood, semen or organs, if you were or are suffering from HIV positive.
Always practice safe sex. Use condoms before every sexual act. Condoms are the safest way to prevent these Sexually transmitted diseases, if used correctly. Use latex and water based condoms. Try to have sex with the partner who, you are sure is infection free.
STDs and HIV can spread through any sexual activity, be it vaginal, oral, or anal. So be careful, while performing. Sharing needles and syringes with the infected person also causes the HIV. The infection can go to the child if mother is HIV, during her pregnancy. Blood transfusion from the infected person is another carrier if HIV. Prevention is the best cure.
