I would suggest before making your Family Vacation reservations,
schedule a meeting with your child's teacher to make sure
your child will not be missing a major test, if the schedule is
clear at school, then mark your date on the calendar and make
those reservations.
Before you leave for your Family Vacation give your children's
teacher advance notice of the dates you will be away. This will
give the teacher some time to plan and gather
your childrens assignments they will be expected to complete .
Remember, this will not be a Legal Excuse...but be honest and
everything will be ok...
