Burn the Fat
It is simple, but not easy to burn the fat on your body. You need to eat around 250 calories less per day than your body needs. There are three ways to do this. You could 1) eat less per day (decrease your calorie intake), 2) exercise more (increase the calories your body needs) or 3) a combination.
To burn the fat, it is important to be consistent. The best way to consistently burn fat is to consume less calories per day and exercise more. The exercise should be something you enjoy. You might join a sports team, take up swimming, pilates, jogging, or join a gym. Just try to get 30 minutes of exercise over the course of the day.
Decreasing your calories is really simple. Just replace every soda you drink with a glass of water. Each can of coke has around 150 calories, so if you normally drink 2 cans per day (or a 600ml bottle), by replacing them with water, you just reduced your calorie intake by 300 calories!
On paper, it's not that hard to lose weight. But it can get real difficult when your body starts craving sugary drinks. You just have to say no and drink water. Don't worry, you'll get to the stage when you actually like drinking water and can't stand the excess sugar in sodas.
There are lots more ways to burn fat, but if you can just stick to these two, you'll soon see a dramatic improvement in your body.
