1. Because People Are Looking for Real Information
Since the search engines are going to find your link eventually, sooner or later people will find them, too. When they do, it will certainly be to their benefit if your articles contain the information they want. If the information is good, you will probably get a visitor to your Web site, but, if not, they will not come. Obviously (but it still needs to be said), that means potential traffic that your Web site will never see.
2. Because People Know Good Writing When They See It
People use their taste buds to determine when things taste good. Their minds will remember the flavor and they may seek more of that food and get a second helping. If it is really good, they might even want to take some with them (Hint, hint!). People's minds also register how well something is written, too, and quickly determine whether it is just so much fluff, or has some real value in the words on their screen. If they like it, they will want more - otherwise you will have wasted their time - almost unforgivable. Articles used in article marketing must appeal to people's tastes.
3. Because Your Reputation Is On the Line
Along with the flavor and satisfaction level of the words and content, comes the name at the bottom of the article. Yes, people remember things that they get repulsed by, too. And your name will likely be remembered as being something that put a bad taste in their mouth. Each article you write is either building or tearing down your own reputation. Write something worthwhile - people will visit. Write fluff - and they will stay away.
Unfortunately, if you have been writing fluff for some time, then it will take some time to overcome it. If you start out with quality articles, though - always write quality articles in your article marketing. They do not have to be long to do the job, but they do need to be error free and have good English and grammar.
4. Because Article Marketing Is More about People than Computers
If you consider the type of information that you would like to find when you perform a search, and then write like that, your articles will bring the traffic you want. Stay away from marketing a product in your articles, but be careful to provide some good information and then show them where they can find a solution to the problem in your Bio box. Make it flow naturally to the solution throughout the article and let the traffic begin. Article marketing can work for you.
