Hollywood is chock-full of people who have gone under the knife. We have already given you a few of these stars, but there are definitely more! Find out if your favorite stars were born with those great looks or if they had to tweak some parts of their body to look as stunning as they do now.

Angelina Jolie. This Wanted star has naturally full luscious lips, tantalizing eyes and beautiful breasts that compliment her slim but curvy figure. But perfection really has a price. Angelina's Greek-goddess features are all natural except for one little detail. Her nose did not look so refined and thin when she was a few years younger. Yes, she had rhinoplasty (nose job), and that's a good decision because she now looks even more fabulous.

Cameron Diaz. When she started out in the biz, she had this cute crooked nose. But she charmed everyone with her perky and bubbly attitude that no one minded that slight imperfection. But now, she looks even more charming and gorgeous after a little plastic surgery! Her cute crooked nose is now beautiful, thin and fine.

Jessica Simpson. Jessica was already gorgeous when we first saw her. She had beautiful abs and the face of an angel. Well that wasn't enough for her so she decided to inject stuff in her lips! She admitted to having gel injections and regretting it. It literally looked like plastic! Lucky for her, her lips were back to normal after a few months. Lesson learned!


Christina Aguilera. From being a skinny genie in a bottle, she became a very voluptuous artist with big breasts to match her very big voice. Sudden changes, not only in her figure, but also in her nose and lips have roused suspicions that Aguilera had gone through many surgeries, aside from the noticeable breast augmentation.

Beyonce Knowles. It's either she just had tighter clothes on her breasts, or she saw a doctor to make her breasts look bigger and fuller. Compare her looks when she was still jumpin' jumpin' with Destiny's Child, with her gorgeous features now as a solo singer. Like many Hollywood stars, she had her nose narrowed, which made her look even more fabulous. But while Jessica wants fuller lips, Beyonce had her naturally full lips reduced.

Paris Hilton. I don't know why people are so crazy about her looks when her eyes are prominently out of proportion. Good thing she had a nose job. At least one of her facial features looked fine.

For some of the stars, having a little surgery had great impact on their dazzling looks. But others ended up as disasters. So there really is nothing better than getting your good looks naturally.
