Craig Ballantyne will be releasing Turbulence Training For Abs. I managed to get an early copy of this for review and let me tell you, it’s another Ballantyne great.

Who's This For?

The workouts in this ebook are for all levels of fitness: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Craig details exactly what to do to burn body fat and help chisel your mid-section into a classic six pack.

What Do You Get If You Order?

There are four ebooks included in this package. Other than the main ebook, you also get:

  • Abs Advanced Nutrition

  • Bodyweight Abs Workout

  • Abs Motivation Secrets

What's So Special About This?

Craig’s system has been around for a long time because it’s a proven system. Turbulence Training for Abs is a resource that not only covers what workouts and diet you should be following to get a slim tummy or chiseled six-pack abs; it also covers goal-setting and teaches you how to form habits which are, in my opinion, the real keys to success.

How Much of a Time Commitment is There?

That’s one of the things that I love about the Turbulence Training style workouts. They are quick but effective! More and more studies show that it’s not so much about the amount of time you work out, but how intense your workout is that makes it effective. These workouts are certainly intense!

Do I Need Tons of Equipment if I Work Out At Home?

The only things that you’ll really need for some of the workouts are pullup bars (or power towers) and a set of dumbbells. There are some exercises that are demonstrated using weight benches and an ab-roller, but these could easily be substituted by the floor or a table and a dumbbell (as an ab-roller).
