Whenever you ask someone why he/she chooses to follow a diet program, the answer would be the same: "because I want to look thinner". But if you add one more question, "But why you still look fat until today?", probably no one really want to answer it. Well, I can only speculate but I think the reason is because they failed to follow their ambition with determination.

Of course everyone understands we can lose weight as much as we want. Just avoid eating too much carbs and fats and don't forget to spend forty minutes everyday for exercising. However, it's always much way harder when it comes to reality. Our perseverance for dieting has been blocked by our busy schedule or our laziness.

Then how to trick this? If you are just lazy, it doesn't mean you don't deserve to lose your weight. Of course if you are SUPER lazy, you do not deserve it. But if you can spend at least 15-25 minutes every day, I think I can help you.

The first thing you must understand is, you need to improve the varieties of diet. Whenever you get bored, try another method. I think you must remember that calorie shifting is one of the most effective diet plans. Calorie shifting means you eat smaller meals but you eat more often.


Then try new ways like detox diet. Follow the 21 or 14 days plan to test it. Detox diet is really great because it teaches us to eat more vegetables to limit our carb and fat consumption. When you get bored with detox diet, shift to another plan. The key is only one, whenever you get bored, don't force yourself to follow the same diet plan. Because everytime you try new way and get excited, you'll pump your own motivation. I also recommend you to try proshape rx or other weight loss drugs as they might help your efforts even further.
