You want a six pack, he wants a six pack and she wants a six pack. "How do you get it? Is the answer weight loss, specific diet plans, supplements or expensive equipment? I'm so confused!"… I get questioned on a daily basis on how to get a six pack and these are just examples of the type of questions I get. I'm going to discuss two of the main ones; supplements and equipment.

Supplements seem great. They have flashy labels and catchy infomercials on TV where they show amazing results. WRONG. 95% of fancy supplements or diet pills geared towards losing fat/anything abs related are a complete waste of money. There is no "magic pill" that will instantly make you lose the layer of fat covering that six pack and expose rock hard abs, unfortunately. The simple truth is you don't need supplements or pills to get the rockin' body you want.

Ab Lounge, etc. equipment programs are another thing to avoid. They will give you little results compared to using NO equipment at all or using free-weights and bands/cables. So if you choose to use some equipment that's what you should be after. Not a gimmick being marketed on TV; I will personally guarantee you won't get better results than you would with no weights, free weights or cables/bands. They are just trying to capitalize on a specific market of people who want to get in shape by providing false-hope and guarantees they cannot fulfill.

The best way to get a six pack is simply a proper diet and a series of unique exercises. There's no way around it!
