So many people are selling home business ideas - it feels like everywhere you look there's yet another 'idea.'
The hardest part about making money online though, is concentrating on just one idea, and following it through to the end.
It's impossible to try to start more than one business at the same time. That's not to say you can't run more than one business at a time, but you certaintly can't start more than one business at the same time and expect it to be easy.
Here's a simple step-by-step plan that will ensure your success online.
Step 1
Pick 1 idea - 1 proven strategy to making money online.
Maybe you'll be an affiliate marketer, maybe you'll develop and sell your own products, perhaps you'll resell other people's products, or start a membership site, etc.
Just choose one, and momentarily "throw the rest out the window."
Step 2
Spend a minimum of 2-3 days learning everything you can about that particular business venture. Perhaps you want to be an affiliate marketer. Then you would spend your time reading articles, books, and blogs about affiliate marketing.
Step 3
Create a solid plan. Make a "to do" list, in checklist form. Write down a daily step-by-step plan to succeeding with your chosen business.
If you chose affiliate marketing, you would create a daily plan that covers researching a profitable niche, choosing products to promote, picking out a domain name, setting up your website, building your list and so on.
Step 4
Make sure you stick to your plan. If you follow through with your plan and complete your daily tasks, you will succeed.
It's as simple as that.
Think of making money online as your destination. You must know where you're going before you can expect to get there.
Once you know where you're going, you then plan how you are going to get there, and follow your map all the way to the end.
You don't decide after a few days you don't feel like following your map anymore. You don't decide to skip some roads on the map and try to follow others.
If you did that, you would never reach your destination - and the same is true of making money online.
