Scientology, the dynamics and vegetarianism

To my understanding something is to be considered (according to Scientology) contrary to survival if it is damaging across the 8 dynamics. Let's explore the practice of eating dead flesh (or eating meat) for the people who apply scientology as a technology to their own lives.

First lets look at the consumption of meat at this point I advise going to http://www.animalz.makessense.co.uk/farm and viewing the Meet your Meat video (graphic images). After doing this think about what it is like for the animals in the conditions they are in. What are they feeling? What are they seeing? What are they hearing? And so on. Build a mental picture and then continue reading with this picture in your mind.

Think across the dynamics, will allowing and funding unethical treatment of animals advance one as an individual? You may also have health concerns about eating some or all animal products, including drugs, etc. that maybe transmitted to you through the consumption of flesh.

Is it good for families? Let's phrase this question a different way is it good for a family, if the members of the family believe their personal pleasure comes above, the suffering and pain of beings that can feel suffering and pain? Take the image in your head of the animals and then contrast it with a new one. One of eating flesh, empathising with both situations, you may find the latter is simply to do with personal, possibly short term, pleasure and the other one with much greater impact to the individual concerned.

Is it good for groups of people? If the survival of the group is to be based on kindness and freedom does it not seem counter productive if animals that can feel pain and emotions are not treated with kindness nor given freedoms to carry out what is natural to them?

Is it good for humankind? The same points can again be applicable. People using Scientology may be particularly concerned about what is being passed on to them via meat in terms of drugs and the like.

Is it good for life? Whether you look at this from the perspective of plants or animals, vegetarianism may still be a preferable diet. If you think about grain often fed to animals you may find more plants die for your meat, than would be the case if you where veggie (strange as this may seem). Also remind your self of the mental picture of the farm animals (look at this picture with as many senses as possible i.e. Smell, emotions etc.)

It is probably, safe to say that the universe is better when one act's ethically. You may also feel pain and suffering is negative to the universe.

The spirit(s) are a place where thought may differ. But I place this for consideration anyway, what is ethically spiritual about eating the flesh of dead animals? What is ethically spiritual about funding suffering?

God, is again a place of individual thought. You may see your self as this being or believe in an out side force. I will take it for convenience, that you believe that "god" is an ethical being and unethical actions harm any relationship with this being. On this basis take the image of the animal in the farm and look at it, do you see this as unethical? If so this cannot be good for your relationship with the being.
