The exceptionally talented Rock artist Santana has released him CD entitled Festival. I am very confident and happy to announce that I believe Santana fans, and Rock fans alike will be pleased with this one. With the release of Festival Santana's artistic excellence is on full display as Santana has once again delivered a brilliant collection of tracks that could very well be him best work to date.

This one will grab your attention right from the very beginning with Carnaval and won't let go until the very last note of the very last song Maria Caracoles, which by the way is another great track.

Rock music fans will recognize some of the well known guests that have been assembled to play along with Santana on several of the tracks. Artists like Maxine Waters and Julia Waters just to name a couple.

This is a first rate CD, delivering a little something for everyone. I give it two thumbs up. It's quite simply great listening. A must buy if you're even mildly into Rock music.

While this entire album is outstanding the truly standout tunes are track 2 - Let The Children Play, track 6 - Let The Music Set You Free, and track 11 - Maria Caracoles.

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Carnaval. Good stuff!
