These strategies can help you get rid of that jealous guy and turn you back into a rational guy.

1. Talk to your girlfriend. By explaining to your girlfriend how jealous you are, she will be able to show you how unwarranted being jealous is. If it makes you feel better, get her to give you the basic details as to where she is going and how long she will be.

2. Go with her on one of her expeditions with her friends. You will feel much less jealous when you see what they all don't get up to.
