Reverse the signs of ageing by taking care of your skin.

These are the Golden rules of skin care:

1.Avoid excessive exposure to the sun as it could lead to wrinkles, discoloration, loss of tone and dehydration. Always use a sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15.

5.Do not smoke as premature ageing is caused by the destruction of the underlying structure of the skin.It causes wrinkles, lines around the mouth as it destroys elasticity.

7.Drink caffeine and alcahol in moderation.

8.Remember the importance of relaxation as it reduces the effects of stress. Anxiety leads to impaired circulation, blemishes, hives, irritation, itching and under eye circles.
Time management is vital. Get involved in stress busting activities like yoga, jogging and meditation.If your stress gets too much for you, then consult your doctor.
