Brand X Painting is a group of very talented artists and assemblers who have been working with and painting miniatures for many years. In total we have over 40 years combined experience with assembling, converting and painting miniatures and terrain. We are all familiar with miniatures games and play them as well as assemble and paint them.

We have found out that it is not always the easiest to get your armies painted when you're working a job and have no extra time to paint. Everyone wants to play the games, but not everyone has time to sit down and spend 60+ hours painting their army.

That's where we come in.

Brand X Painting has made it fairly painless and easy to get your army finished. We can do everything for you except play your games. We can order your minis, assemble, convert and paint your minis, usually, in less than a month. We can match existing miniatures in your collection (as long as a sample is provided).

The process is easy as well. Just contact sales by sending feedback or by sending an email to sales@brandxpainting.com and describe what you are wanting to have done. We will need a few bits of information from you, however.

1. We will need name, email (or phone # and time you can be reached), a list of models you want to have assembled/painted and what you want them to look like.

2. We will generally reply back with you with a project breakdown within 24 hours so you know what your cost is.

3. Once you approve of everything the next step is to place your deposit and either let us order your models (at a 25% discount) or send the minis to us. If you send us your miniatures, please include an invoice of all the miniatures that were sent.

4. We will send you a confirmation upon receiving the miniatures to let you know that we've received them and what was included.

5. Assembly begins to make sure mold lines are cleared if models are assembled already or they clean and assemble your models.

6. One of our talented painters then takes your order and begins the painting process. This usually takes a week or so depending on the size of the project.

7. Models are checked for any problems and are then sent to our digital photography where they are photographed and uploaded to our site so you can see them.

8. You are contacted and given a link so you can view the project before we ship it. This is where you will let us know IMMEDIATELY if there are any changes to be made.

9. Final Payment is then made and models are shipped out. We will generally contact you after you receive your order from us to make sure everything arrived and in good condition.
