Pr. Heidegger points out that stress turns to be the part of our life. He created such expression as being-in-the-world. It means everything that surrounds us and happens with us, what we do and what is done for us, what we eat and drink, and other usual things. Stress interferes in our being-in-the-world and it is not surprise as it is usual action. The process of contact to other world gives the possibilities for stress spreading in our life. But such contact brings some differences to our usual actions and that is why we are under the stress. Traffic jams, absence of food, shortage of time call stress, but why do we have such kind of reaction on such situations?
It goes without saying that stress can not appear just like that, without any causes. It is very important to know the reasons for stress. Heidegger, for example, sticks to the point that communication is the main ground for stress. For example our parents often tell that traffic jams are terrible and that is why when we get in such we automatically feel stress.
But even if we do not listen to our parents we can fell it due to our personal experience. In fact it is very terrible to understand that stress comes from our communication. But if we look on the example we can change our mind. Someone of your relatives died. You feel stress but not because of communication, but because you lost someone. So here the ideas of Heidegger are wrong. In such situation we are under the stress because we lost someone who loved you, someone who cared of you, who gave some pieces of advice and you feel empty as this person is gone. The stress is typical thing for this.
