Dog Obedience
A dog is always a fun companion to have but there are also other implications in owning a dog. From time to time, the dog is being uncooperative and does not respond to commands. As a matter of fact, a dog is disobedient as this is the very nature of dogs and animals all around, so you should take some measures to correct the behaviors that you don't consider as being acceptable. In this case, dog obedience courses are recommended and after that you can say that you are happy with all the aspects of your dog's behavior.
So, as mentioned earlier, the dog obedience is a thing that cannot be simply mastered. Special classes are needed or at least some house dog obedience training. If you choose to join your dog in a dog obedience training school, you will only have benefits from this. Even if your dog is a pup, you still can teach it some things that are not recommended and that you don't like having such as the wet floor that all puppy owners are so very familiar with. As a rule, the dog obedience school will have different levels of training. For puppies the beginner level is recommended. the beginner dog obedience training can be started as soon as your dog is 9 or 10 weeks old, but you may try even earlier some tricks at home. This course takes around 4 to 6 weeks and will train your dog to use the crate and to respond to simple commands.
The next level of dog obedience courses is for digs of 18 weeks or older and it is an intermediate course that will train your dog more tricks and of course how to make you a proud owner. This intermediate dog obedience course lasts also around 6 weeks.
If you have gone past the intermediate dog obedience training level with your pet, you can go on to the advanced group, which is recommended for dogs of 18 weeks and over. This is a more sophisticated course that will teach your pet even more tricks and it will handle all behavior problems, so that you won't have to deal with them later.
As you have probably noticed, the main idea is to start the training of your dog as early as you possibly can, because your pet must learn and see that your attitude is of a dominant person, because after all, you are the leader and you don't have to let the pup take the leadership and make a mess in your life and in your home.
All things considered, the dog obedience is not an issue for the dog owners as long as the pet is trained right from an early stage and then receives the best of care from the owner.
