To be committed to the things you said to do and stay there. That is the key to success. So how do we get here? First we have to find out our desires of what to do and how to become. Have you ever been in love? That is a great state to be in and it is also s good state to relate too. You do not have to drink, eat or sleep. You just want to be with that person. You love to talk to them, to hang around close to them. That is the kind of focus that will keep you committed.

It is not easy to stay in love, to be passionate for a long time. But to be able to find that status of well being is worth looking for. Try to remember it time to time. The thoughts and ideas needs to be manifest in the physical body. So make a move with your body, raise a fist or press a finger in to the fore head. Just to make a reminder of the mind set you want to be in. So every time you loose your focus do the move to the body. That will do for as long as you do it. You might have to remind yourself often in the beginning and less as time goes by.

Life is easy and is always trying to show us that. We find it hard to believe because our belief system is based on false information. It is the old way of saying that life should be hard to get it. Work nine to five preferable 5 to 6 days a week. If we are lucky we get free time on Sundays and two or more weeks of holiday. Who set those rules? Do we have to follow them? Think back on your own family. How are they raised? Like this standard or even worse? Do not let others rule your world. Take command. Be the captain of your ship. Set the sails and go with the wind not against it.

How fast can we change? Just like an eye blink. Everyday is run by choices we have to make. Decisions are made by the mood you are in. Think if it is that the energy is stacked in the materials or us when we make the decisions. So if we are in bad moods how will the energy look like then? What will the procedure be? To be continued maybe even worse. It is the same when people fight in the morning. They split up the argument to go to work. Will they be happy at work?
Off course not! It is almost impossible not to be affected by it. Then what happens? The co workers might be affected too and then it goes round and round. So make up your mind once and for all. Be happy and let others be happy too. Help people around you to feel happy. Start with a smile. We all know what happens when somebody smiles at us. We smile back.
