There's a new marketing website/tool that is starting to be among the hot topics in forums these days. It's a blog where any one can post a message or an ad. Spamming the blog is even being encouraged by the site owner. Visitors to the site can post as many ads and as often as they want. All for free. And the best part of it is--the site has a Google PageRank of 4! Seldom, if ever, will anyone see a relatively high-ranking site offering such free service.

Now what will the blog owner get out of this? Well, for starters, he will surely get free promotions from other people advertising in his site resulting in numerous and valuable inbound links which would then translate into an even higher PageRank and possibly a very high Alexa ranking.
