simple ways...
1) for a tired and achy feet. I favorite recommendation is
to get some epsom salt with some peppermint essential
oils. or if you don't have the oil. just pour a cup of
epsom/sea salt that you can get at kroger or any local
retail store. then pour 1 cup into a dish pan. and soak
your feet. doing so will eliminate sore and tired feet
quickly.
2). take at least ten minutes to take a bath in your
favorite bubble bath. don't worry... if you're out
of it. instead grab you some dish detergent. it works
just the same. (don't forget to inhale and exale deeply)
3. If you have extra dry skin. and you don't want to spend
a fortune on expensive lotions etc. try this..
vitamin e,jojoba oil and shea butter are all
inexpensive to buy. or just grab some vegetable oil
from your local supermarket. it does wonders.
4. do yourself a massage. just rotate from left to right
or vice versa. just do this for five minutes. it takes
out those stress kinks that has been building up.
or
just massage your body for five minutes on your arm,
legs and feet. it's good for your internal organs.
5. IF you can't get to a yoga class. try this at home.
sit with legs crossed.get a relaxing cd at a dollar
tree store. and breathe deeply.just focus on something
pleasant. (leave the kids out of the room!)
I hope that this works for you as it does for me.
after all.. if we don't take the time to pamper
ourselves... who will?
