Pacific Poker player in Guiness Book of World Records

A Pacific Poker player has just found himself added to the Guiness Book of World Records after she broke the record for most consecutive hours playing online poker.

Susan Matthews, 28, of Copenhagen, Denmark logged into Pacific Poker last Wednesday and was still playing on Friday night some 50 hours later.

She eventually stopped playing with the clock on 50 hours, 43 minutes and 12 seconds breaking the previous record of Japan's Yokimori Uno which was 47 hours, 46 minutes and 3 seconds.

"I can't believe I finally did it," an exhausted Matthews said after. "It has been a goal of mine for a long time and I've finally done it."

Matthews took her labtop to the bathroom and that is how she relieved herself. Food and drink were brought to her. As for sleep, she just didn't take any.

Pacific Poker is proud of the record.

"It is something which we were very excited about and very excited for Susan," Mike Herea, promotions manager for Pacific Poker said.

It really is true that you can play online poker all day and Susan Matthews has proved that.
