Fat Loss 4 Idiots And Walking - A Powerful 1-2 Punch!

Since I have been on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan I've had some good success. The plan is so simple and with its unique "3 cheating days", it's also been enjoyable. But, to keep the weight loss under control, there is no doubt you need to add some regular exercise to your life.

Now I know that when you think about exercise most people think of sweating at the health club. But that doesn't have to be the case at all. Something as simple as walking can help in burning off the fat, giving you energy, and creating a healthy lifestyle.

Something as simple as a 30 minute walk 3 times a week can give you some excellent results. Combine this with a diet and weight loss plan like Fat Loss 4 Idiots and you have a powerful fat loss system that will produce results. Walking for exercise and weight loss is so easy. All it takes is a good pair of walking shoes. And best of all, it doesn't cost you a monthly membership fee!

If you are just starting out, be sure to take it easy. Perhaps a 15 minute walk to begin with and work up to 30 minutes in a few weeks.

Don't be concerned with speed either. Yes, you want to walk briskly, but don't over do it in the beginning.

Walking is also great for strengthening bones, muscles and joints. It is excellent for your metabolism as well. Research has proven that people who lose weight on a diet plan without exercise will generally always gain the weight back plus some over time. But those who walk a few times a week tend to keep the weight off long after they come off the diet plan.

Finally, walking is an excellent way to reduce stress and let go of the day's activities. It clears your mind so to speak.

So, if you are on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan, or any other weight loss plan for that matter, add some walking to your schedule. I know you will be happy with your results.
