In above examples, I suggest you to use one of apples, strawberries, and bananas. Now I want to tell you one thing, your choice is not a problem at all. Everyone have different favorite fruits, if your favorite fruit is banana then add it always in your milkshake, every fruits is good for you. I do not know but I think it’s much better to pick up fruits from farmers because fruits from them are 100% naturals.

Choice only a vegetable with rich amount in nutrition, and those veggies can even make your milkshakes much healthier than before.
