Research has proved that eating soy has many great health benefits that its consumption will prevent many diseases & promote good health. Yet many people are ignorant of this and those who know are relunctant to eat it because of the soy taste .(Fortunately, there is now a soy product that does not have the soy taste which I will talk about later).But let us read about the benefits first:
