You Need Water In Your Diet Plans

Water is one of the most important things in our life. Our body is full of water. Usually experts told us to drink waters more than 2 liters daily. We use our water inside our body to urination, sweating, and so many activities in our life. This is why we need at least two liters daily. We should be careful with our foods but no one ever suggest we should stop drinking mineral waters. Because more we drink, we will get healthier. You will always need water to prevent dehydration and other things.

Your body metabolism is depend on your water. When you are doing your weight loss program for the first time, you will eat less than usual and you need more water to cover it. You need water so your body metabolism will go faster. Without more water than usual, your body metabolism will get slower and that’s never good for your diet because your energy will less active and you can’t take exercises with this.

When you are dehydrating, your body will craving for foods because you will get hungry. This is bad for you because you will eat again and again so water is playing an important role here.

I think water is important too to prevent constipation because just likes all of us know, constipation caused by lack of water. Also, you should know you can’t drink large amount of water in the same time. For example, you didn’t drink in 4 hours, after that you drink 1 liter of water. It is unhealthy because your body can’t accepted that much water in one time and most of them will be wasted via urination.

Speaking about water, I remember about tea and juices who have good effect almost like mineral water to your body. Some unhealthy drinks are alcohol and drink with lots of sugar. I think you already knew why.

So let’s talk more about mineral water
For me most people see mineral water in bottle is much more effective. Yes, it is instant because you don’t need to pour it to your glass. Everyone who is working outside their home, if they want to search for water, they buy a new and bottled mineral water. High-class people usually think bottled water as their main drink. Actually, bottled water is completely the same with usual mineral water. Nothing important from bottled water, but “promotion” is taking important role in our commercial world. That’s why most people drinking it, because of “promotion”.

Most those bottled water tell us their products are from mountain river which is very natural. For me, sometimes it fooled you because they are just mineral water, nothing more and nothing less. They are expensive because the marketers know we want something natural in these days.
