Get Educated Make Money

I have been a Real Estate Investor for the Past 2 years now but have been around the Real Estate and Real Estate Investing Business My Whole Life. One thing that I have learned is that Education is one of the most important aspects in becoming successful. The real estate business is always changing and you have to learn to adapt to whats going on. This is why I believe that learning from other successful investors is a key to your success.

Everyday is seems there is a new real estate investing Guru popping up and selling something new. Some of these Guru's are great and have amazing material that will help to make you tons of money.

I believe that finding the best Guru's who are making money in todays market is the real key to having success right now. (I dont know why I keep saying Guru, I dont even like that word) I could use the word coach,mentor, trainer or King Pin. As a side note, even if you just read a real estate investing book that is 20 years old its still a good thing, because your starting to put the wheels in motion and taking that first step to see if real estate investing is right for you.

Now the purpose of this article is to help you decide which real estate investing course is right for you or to just give you a few options to choose from. Every course is different and every course has its pro's and Con's.

I attended my first real estate investor seminar about two years ago, it was a Rich Dad Poor Dad Seminar and I will tell you what, I was lost through most of the seminar but it gave me some great ideas on what kind of real estate investing I wanted to go into. Now there is several different types or courses and what not.

I have done all of these. In the past two years I have gone to 4 seminars, (Freedomsoft, Fortune Builders, Short Sale Riches, and the Rich Dad Poor Dad Seminar) They all gave me great content and helped me to get over a sticking point I was having in my real estate investing career.
