Many forms for meditation are there. When we are completely devoted in the silence of prayer or we sit silently in a garden in the presence of nature, I think that meditation happens. Meditation provides us the chance to think about ourselves better and it also helps us to achieve what we are seeking to make our life cheerful.
Men and Women meditate in different ways. To create a calm environment, women may sit in a bath with motionless music and candles. For men, fishing is a great way of attaining peace of mind. When they travel out side into the water sitting in their boats, waiting for the fish, the time passed on the water is a great form of calming the mind.
This peace attained through meditation controls the mind and promotes in conceiving our goals. Peace in mind gives us the strength of intense focus. To use our mind power to affect healing in our body, awareness during meditation is a marvelous way.
The best way of meditation is to sit calmly in a silent place, use soothing music if it works for you, close your eyes and address on your breathing. Feel your breath enter through your mouth and leaving through your nose. Take it like a game. Allow your body to comfort and keep focusing. Before meditation, I suggest you to set your intention. Is it peace of soul that you look for? or it's a visit to your past life?
Did you notice that quieting your mind was no easy task? Many people find it a challenge or question to keep the mind still. Their thoughts seem stronger than their mind power that they are able to remove them. My suggestion is allow thoughts to flow. And if you are not able to stop the thoughts flowing through your mind, you'll get stillness much faster. Your trying to meditate will become simple with time. It may take some time to work at the beginning but don't feel discouraged. Now try this. Close your eyes once again, and place all your attention not on your thoughts but on the sensations you feel in your body.
The practice of observing your sensations will lead you towards liberation. Simply begin with a basic meditation and soon you'll find your inner peace.
