1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

Cooking Methods:
Inside a little pan, heat the oil. Add sugar, cinnamon and pineapple. Cook until the pineapple softens and the sugar starts to caramelize. Get rid from heat and portion into 4 ramekins. Reserve any liquid that remains. Cut the puff pastry into 4 rounds to fit the top of ramekin (each round should weight about ½ oz).
