Why you need an Ebay Auction Template
Well anyone that has just begun to sell on Ebay will know why you need an
auction template. You want your Ebay add to look professional but don't have the
time to create it yourself. An Ad can take hours to design. No way!!!!I can't do
that and concentrate on running a business as well.
What is a template you say? It is a page pattern that you can use over and
over again. It can also be modified for different adds. For Example I started
with a basic template that had these sections:
- My Name or heading
- Item description or What you are Bidding on
- Why buy from Us
- Terms and Conditions
- Postage
Everything is filled out except for the "What you are bidding on" section.
This would be saved as the original template. Then I would save another for
selling a hard drive, another for selling a piece of Ram, and so on. If I
decided to sell a digital item that required a different delivery method I would
change the postage section to suit and add an item description.
I searched around the web hoping to find a template that was suitable for my
computer parts auctions, but found none. Not only did I want a FREE template,
but I wanted a simple format which did not distract the buyer from what I was
selling. Every template I found was taking over the whole Ebay ad with fancy
writing, pictures, and colours. They are a lot like the ones www.ebay.com.au
supplies in listing designer.
In the end I made my own and are giving them away FREE at my website.
Computer How To .You can use this free template until you get time to make your own. It will save you
a mountain of TIME. All you have to do is copy the table and paste it into your
description when writing your Ebay ad. Don't forget to change some of the
wording to make it your own.
