Once you get use to making a daily check list you can also make a weekly schedule and then break it down into a daily plan of action. Decide how much time you need to spend on your business and discipline yourself to allocate that time to building your enterprise everyday.

Be realistic in your goals and be sure that you have a rough idea of how long they will take. Do not try to do too much or you will end up getting nothing done. Work one program at a time, perfect it then duplicate your success. Build on your business slowly and learn from failures. Tracking and recording will save you a lot of time and allow you to quickly reference places to advertise and promote.

When I start each task I use a minute timer so that i am more aware of just how much time I am spending on each project. So, by having to get up off my seat I forces to walk over to the timer to shut it off and examine my progress. If I spending too much time on one thing and not really making progress, then i know I need to move onto my next task.

Outsource whenever you can to save your time and build your business fast. You can save a lot of time and get more things done by hiring others to help you. So do not lose your mind.
