You are pregnant and it is your very first time and life, as you know it, is about to change. This huge event begins a whole new chapter in your life. It is good to know the sorts of signs which merit your attention, but don't spend countless nights combing through chapters in baby books which detail everything that can go wrong. Remember that the vast majority of pregnancies result in normal deliveries and healthy babies. Do not add extra stress to your already stressed mind and body by spending your time worrying about what might happen. Take a deep breath, enjoy your pregnancy, and get ready for the impending whirlwind.
