All of us want assertive experience in our day to day dealing and it is one talent that is so valuable that it can work as a differentiating factor between success and failure.

There are a number of questions that you could ask yourself to get more assertive in your dealings.

· Do I clarify purposes and objectives?
· Do I stay on track and according to the requirements of the task?
· Do I suggest options and compromise successfully?
· Do I assist establish responsibilities?
· Do I help identify frequent goals and visions?
· Do I look at things from a 360 degree, taking everyone's benefit into thought?

Assertive Communication is also named as Adaptive Communication:

Look closely at the qualities and method of the other person's way of communication. Then specify the communication types that you can match with their successfully to acquire you the desired goal.
